Here we strive to make your stay in Current River Country as pleasant as possible. Jason Place Campground is located approximately two miles from Current River at Akers Ferry and the heart of Ozark National Scenic Riverways. If you are looking for a place to camp that offers access to canoeing, tubing, fishing, swimming or just relaxing in the beautiful Missouri Ozarks, then Jason Place is for you. We have two stores: the main office and store on the upper, quiet level, and another in Happy Hollow which is open 24 hours a day during the weekends. Three shower houses plus flush toilets throughout the campground, a swimming pool and sand volleyball courts. We have RV hook-ups, family sites, and we can handle any size group for tent camping from 2 to 100+ people. You ask if we have food? Yes, we have our restaurant open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available offering variety, speed and reasonable prices. Deli Sandwiches, BBQ, Steaks, Chicken, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on weekends. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, Friday 11:30 am to Sunday 2 pm.
